You thrive on building resilient systems. You see infrastructure as a living product, measured in latency, throughput, and the calm that follows every deploy. At DeltaOps you will shape platforms used by clients around the world, all from wherever you are most productive.
Linux on both Red Hat and Debian families. In-memory data grids such as GridGain and Apache Ignite. Prometheus for metrics and alerting, Grafana for dashboards. Git-driven CI/CD, most of it in GitLab. Bash, Python, and the occasional Go utility. Docker and Kubernetes where containers make sense; Terraform when infrastructure must be repeatable.
Design, deploy, and benchmark distributed data clusters. Prove their resilience under load, fail-over, and recovery scenarios. Wire telemetry into every layer so issues speak up before users do. Automate build, test, and release pipelines until shipping becomes routine. When strange packets hit the wire or a kernel panics at dawn, you trace the cause and patch the process.
You will join a lean group of DevOps engineers and SREs who value clean scripts over long meetings and empirical data over gut feeling. We review each other’s code, swap war-stories, and keep the pager rotation humane.
Bonus points for production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Ansible.
We start at USD 2,500 – 4,000 per month, tied to your impact and reviewed twice a year. Exceptional results earn performance bonuses, and every hour of overtime is compensated in full.
DeltaOps is truly remote—work from any latitude, any timezone, for as long as it fits your life.
